Management — Persons with Significant Control
The following persons are registered with Companies House as Persons with Significant Control (PSCs) of the company and form the management team of the Fellowship.
Company Registration
The Executive Committee
Under our Constitution (The Mandate), the Executive Committee plans, executes, and manages the activities of the Fellowship in accordance with the Holy Bible. It meets at least once every two months and consists of the following elected officers:
Director
Oversees the fellowship and is responsible for its global affairs — convening and presiding over meetings, serving as spokesperson, ensuring decisions are implemented, and cultivating the prayer life and spiritual growth of members.
Administrative Secretary
First point of contact for new members — welcoming guests, guiding worshippers, maintaining communication, managing the prayer schedule, and helping plan prayer retreats for the Fellowship.
Financial Secretary
Receives and records contributions, keeps the accounting books, prepares the yearly budget, and presents monthly and quarterly statements of account to the Executive Committee.
Other members may be co-opted to perform delegated tasks where necessary. Read the full structure in our Constitution.
